About Elizabeth Schaeffer
Elizabeth has been an intuitive from a very young age. She knew she wanted to work with people. She has spent many years working with children and adults as s school counselor and a soicla worker. "Doing social work has tought me what it is like to be human and love is the the connection."
After a Near Death Experience she changed direction in life. SHe teaches yoga and meditation to people with cancer. She is a Reiki Master and death doula.
Elizabeth graduated from USC. She is also a graduate from a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. She is certified by both the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. After studying under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach she began teaching Mindfulness.
Elizabeth has been studying Shamanism for 15+ years. She has taken classes at the Shaman Instituteand is currently studying in person with Sandra Ingerman.
She is passionate about this work and looks forward to speaking with you.
